• Is adjustable against the final commission if a property transaction is successfully completed through Assets Associates.

Please note:

• The ₹5,000 service fee is non-refundable once the service process has started.

• Payment of this fee indicates acceptance of our service engagement.

• Services may commence only after the initial fee payment is confirmed.

6. Commission Policy

Our commission structure is based on the final property transaction value.

Additional terms:

• Commission is calculated on the final agreed property value.

• Partial bookings or advance payments will be pro-rated accordingly.

• Commission rates are non-negotiable, unless a separate written agreement is executed.

7. Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided on our website or through enquiry forms will be treated as confidential.

Information collected may include:

Commission for properties booked through Instagram follows the same commission policy:

• Below ₹1 crore → 2%

• ₹1 crore and above → 1%

Assets Associates reserves the right to ignore, restrict, or block users who:

• Post spam messages

• Use abusive language

• Attempt to misuse our Instagram handle.
